Service Providers

This page lists the third-party companies Qutzl LLC relies on to run its websites, applications, client portal, remote support, and managed services. It supplements Our Privacy Policy, which explains what information We collect and why. Each provider may process personal information only to provide its service to Us, under a contract or terms of service that restrict other uses, and under its own privacy policy, which is linked below.

Data We store with these providers is encrypted in transit and at rest, including backups and archives. For each provider We list what it does for Us, the kinds of data it may handle, and where it processes that data. We review this page at least quarterly and update it when a provider is added, removed, or changes role. Adding a provider that handles personal information in a materially new way is also a change to Our Privacy Policy and is noticed as described there.

Websites, Content Delivery, and Storage

  • Cloudflare, Inc. Serves qutzl.net, insights.qutzl.net, connect.qutzl.net, and links.qutzl.net; proxies and protects Our client portal at billing.qutzl.net and the customer websites We host; provides DNS, TLS, and bot protection for those domains; and stores the remote support installers and article images in object storage. Data: IP address, request headers, pages requested, and security event logs for every visit to those sites. Location: United States of America and Cloudflare's global network. Privacy policy.
  • QUIC.cloud (LiteSpeed Technologies, Inc.). Content delivery, caching, and image and page optimization for websites We host on LiteSpeed servers. Data: page content and visitor request data for the sites routed through it. Location: global network operated from the United States of America. Privacy policy.

Servers and Cloud Infrastructure

These providers rent Us the servers, storage, and platform services behind Our hosted customer services, Application backends, and internal systems. Our remote support rendezvous and relay servers run on a dedicated server rented from OVHcloud and are operated only by Qutzl. The data they handle is whatever the hosted service processes, plus the connection metadata described in Our Privacy Policy.

  • OVHcloud (OVH US LLC). Dedicated servers, including the one that runs Our remote support rendezvous and relay servers and other Qutzl-managed virtual machines. Location: United States of America, Canada, and Europe depending on the server. Privacy policy.
  • Vultr (The Constant Company, LLC). Cloud servers and storage. Location: United States of America and other regions as selected per server. Privacy policy.
  • Amazon Web Services, Inc. Cloud computing, storage, and AI platform services, including Amazon S3 Glacier long-term archive storage for backups, which has a minimum retention period of 180 days. Location: United States of America regions. Privacy notice.
  • Google Cloud (Google LLC). Cloud computing, storage, and AI platform services. Location: United States of America regions. Privacy notice.
  • Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Corporation). Cloud computing, storage, and AI platform services. Location: United States of America regions. Privacy statement.
  • NameHero (NameHero LLC). Hosts Our client portal at billing.qutzl.net, which runs WHMCS, and Our cPanel web and email hosting. Data: client portal account, billing, and support ticket records, and the hosted site content and email stored on those servers. Location: United States of America. Privacy policy.

Application Backend and Tooling

  • Convex, Inc. Realtime database and backend functions for Our Applications, including Chef's Kiss. Data: account details, saved content such as recipes and meal plans, settings, and in-app activity. Location: United States of America. Privacy policy.

AI Inference

AI features in Our Applications send only the content needed for the request, such as the prompt, the recipe text or photo being imported, and the context the feature needs. Requests go to these providers directly or through OpenRouter. Under Our agreements with these providers, that content is not used to train their models, and it is encrypted in transit.

  • Anthropic, PBC. Claude models. Location: United States of America. Privacy policy.
  • OpenAI, L.L.C. GPT and related models. Location: United States of America. Privacy policy.
  • Google LLC. Gemini models, accessed through the Gemini API. Location: United States of America. Privacy policy.
  • xAI (SpaceX). Grok models. Location: United States of America. Privacy policy.
  • OpenRouter, Inc. Routes some of Our model requests, including for Chef's Kiss and other Qutzl products, to the providers listed here and, when We select them, to other model providers available through OpenRouter. Data: the same request content. Our account is set not to store prompts and to use only providers that do not train on inputs. Location: United States of America. Privacy policy.
  • Self-hosted open-weight models. Run on Qutzl's own servers at the infrastructure providers above. Content processed by these models does not leave Our infrastructure.

Development and Operations Tools

These tools help Us write and maintain Our software, together with the AI model providers listed above. They process Our source code, configuration, and the instructions We type, not Your Content or Account data, apart from log excerpts We may share while diagnosing a problem.

  • Cursor (SpaceX). AI-assisted code editor and coding agents. Location: United States of America. Privacy policy.
  • T3 Code (T3 Tools / Ping Labs). AI coding agent workspace used to build and maintain Our software. Location: United States of America. Project site.
  • GitHub (GitHub, Inc., a Microsoft company). Source code hosting, issue tracking, and automated checks for Our software. Data: source code and configuration, with no customer data. Location: United States of America. Privacy statement.
  • GitLab, self-hosted. Source code hosting that runs on Our own servers; its data does not leave Our infrastructure.

Monitoring

These tools check that Our sites, servers, and the systems We manage for Business Customers are reachable and responding. They record hostnames, IP addresses, availability, response times, resource metrics, and alert history, not the content of any system.

  • Uptime Kuma, self-hosted. Open-source uptime monitoring that runs on Our own servers; its data does not leave Our infrastructure.
  • HetrixTools. External uptime, server resource, and blacklist monitoring. Data: the hostnames and IP addresses We monitor, availability, response times, and resource metrics from monitored servers. Privacy policy.

Payments and App Stores

  • Stripe, Inc. Card payments on Our client portal at billing.qutzl.net. Data: card details entered directly with Stripe, name, email address, billing address, and transaction amounts. Location: United States of America. Privacy policy.
  • PayPal, Inc. PayPal payments on Our client portal. Data: PayPal account identity, email address, and transaction amounts. Location: United States of America. Privacy statement.
  • Apple Inc. (App Store), Google LLC (Google Play), Amazon.com, Inc. (Amazon Appstore), and Samsung Electronics (Galaxy Store). Process Application purchases and subscriptions. We receive purchase status, product identifiers, and transaction identifiers only, never Your payment details. Apple, Google, Amazon, and Samsung privacy policies.

Email and Productivity

  • Mailgun (Sinch Mailgun). Sends Our account, notification, and support email. Data: recipient address, message content, and delivery and open events. Location: United States of America. Privacy policy.
  • Google Workspace (Google LLC). Our business mailboxes and documents, and the Google Forms used for some Application contact and account deletion requests. Data: anything You email Us or submit through those forms. Location: United States of America. Privacy notice.

Sign-In and Account Security

  • Clerk, Inc. Account sign-up, sign-in, sessions, and multi-factor authentication for Our Applications, including the Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google options. Data: name, email address, hashed credentials or sign-in tokens, and session and device information. Location: United States of America. Privacy policy.
  • Apple Inc. (Sign in with Apple) and Google LLC (Sign in with Google). Optional sign-in for Our Applications. Data: Your name, Your email address or Apple relay address, and a sign-in token. Apple and Google privacy policies.

Remote Support

  • RustDesk. Our Qutzl Support application is built from the open-source RustDesk remote desktop client using the RDGEN build tool. It connects only to rendezvous and relay servers that We operate, so the RustDesk project and RustDesk Ltd receive no session data. The standard client requires You to accept each connection on screen; an unattended-access client is provided only on request, with the written authorization of the Device's owner. Session traffic is encrypted end to end, and We do not record sessions. RustDesk privacy policy, for reference only.

Advertising and Analytics

  • Google AdSense (Google LLC). Site verification on Our websites and, when enabled, advertising units on insights.qutzl.net. As of the Last reviewed date Our websites carry only the verification tag and show no ad units. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
  • Google AdMob (Google LLC). Advertising in ad-supported Applications, where enabled. Data: advertising identifier, IP address, and app usage. Google advertising policies.
  • Google Analytics (Google LLC). Usage analytics in Applications, where enabled. Not used on Our websites. Privacy policy.
  • PostHog, Inc. Product analytics in Applications, where enabled. Not used on Our websites. Privacy policy.

Business Customers

When We provide managed services, the providers involved in a particular engagement depend on the services purchased, and may include the business customer's own vendors (for example, its email, backup, or security platforms) that We administer on its behalf. Business customers can request an engagement-specific provider list or a written data processing agreement through the contact methods below.
