Consumer Health Data We Collect and Why

• Diet styles that relate to health, such as Diabetic, GERD, Low FODMAP, Gluten-free, Low sodium, DASH, and Heart-healthy.
• Food allergies and intolerances You select or enter.
• Notes about foods You prefer or avoid, which may mention a health condition.
• Health information You choose to include in Chef messages or attachments, for example asking for recipes suited to a condition.

We use this data only to provide the features You request: to tailor recipe imports and Chef's replies to Your diet and allergies, and to store and sync Your preferences and Chef history across Your devices. We do not use it for advertising, ad targeting, or profiling, and We do not infer health information from Your recipes, shopping lists, or other activity.

Sources

We collect consumer health data only from You, when You enter it in Chef's Kiss.

Consumer Health Data We Share and With Whom

We share the categories of consumer health data listed above only with processors that act on Our behalf, under contracts that limit them to providing their service to Us:

• AI model providers and the routing service that reaches them, which receive Your diet and allergy preferences and Chef messages to generate the result You requested and may not use them to train their models.
• Database and hosting providers, which store Your preferences and Chef history for Your Account.

The specific companies are named on Our Service Providers page. We have no affiliates that receive consumer health data. We do not sell consumer health data, and We do not share it with any third party for its own purposes.

Consent

Entering diet and allergy preferences, or health information in a Chef message, is optional. We collect it only to provide the features You request. If We ever want to collect or share consumer health data for any other purpose, We will first ask for Your separate consent.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Confirm whether We collect, share, or sell Your consumer health data, and access that data.
• Receive a list of all third parties and affiliates with whom We have shared or sold Your consumer health data, with a way to contact each of them.
• Withdraw Your consent to Our collection and sharing of Your consumer health data.
• Have Your consumer health data deleted. We delete it from Our systems and tell Our processors to delete it. Copies in backups are deleted within six months of Our confirming Your request.
• Exercise these rights without being treated differently.

You can view, change, or clear Your diet and allergy preferences at any time in the app, and You can delete Your Account in Settings, which deletes Your preferences and Chef history.

How to Make a Request

Submit a request through Our online support desk or contact form, or by mail to Qutzl LLC, Attn: Privacy, PO Box 154, Karthaus, PA 16845, United States of America. Please say that Your request concerns consumer health data and include the email address of Your Chef's Kiss Account. We may need to verify that the request comes from the Account holder. You may also have an authorized agent submit a request for You.

We respond within 45 days of receiving Your request. If We need more time, We may extend that period once by up to another 45 days and will tell You why. Requests are free, up to twice in any 12-month period.

Appeals

If We decline Your request in whole or in part, You can appeal by replying to Our decision, or by submitting a new request with "Consumer health data appeal" in the subject, within 60 days of receiving it. We will respond to Your appeal in writing within 45 days and explain the reasons for Our decision. If Your appeal is denied, You may contact the Washington State Attorney General, the Nevada Attorney General, or the attorney general of Your state.

Changes

We will update this policy before We collect a new category of consumer health data or use or share it for a new purpose, and We will ask for Your consent where the law requires it.
